When is your open season?
Our seasonal site season runs from May 1st to October 20th.
What are your seasonal rates?
Our seasonal site rates for 2026 range from $2,300 per season to $3,500 per season. The rates are based on lot size, location, type of hookups, etc.
Do you charge for power?
Power is billed based on usage every month.
Do you charge for winter storage of the unit?
There is no additional fee to store your unit on site through the winter months as long as you are returning for the next season.
Are golf carts allowed?
Electric golf carts are allowed and we will offer golf cart rentals starting in 2026.
Can you have a deck or shed?
Decks and a shed are allowed.

We are now taking reservations for the 2026 season. Our seasonal site areas are located in sites 33 to sites 64, and the area from site 65 to 173.
If a site has a black X over it, that site is currently taken, and if it has a green checkmark next to it, it is available as a seasonal site for 2026.
