The Oaks Campground is professionally owned and operated by GatherGrounds Resorts. With 160 acres and 210 grassy sites, our park is located next to the Waterloo State Recreation area and is a great place to experience the outdoors and nature in it’s rawest form. Our Wibit Water Park features a dynamic assortment of inflatable obstacles, slides, and platforms, providing endless entertainment for individuals and families alike.
Conquer the floating challenges or simply bask in the sun. The Wibit Water Park promises laughter and excitement for all ages. Come make a splash at The Oaks – where outdoor adventures meet aquatic thrills!
Park issued life jackets required. Children under 7 yrs not allowed on the Wibit. Parental supervision required for children under 13. Swim at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty.

Our sites provide everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Whether you’re a seasoned RV enthusiast or a first-time camper, our well-equipped sites ensure a hassle-free experience, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beauty of nature without sacrificing modern amenities.
Our campground in Michigan offers sites that accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. Additional adults are $7 per night. Additional children (ages 3-17) are $5 per night. No charge for children under 3.
